SMSplode is a mobile entertainment application that allows users to send repeated SMS sequences to consenting recipients for personal amusement between friends.

SMSplode is designed with privacy in mind. We collect minimal data:

• Phone numbers you enter: used solely to send SMS messages as you request. Never stored on our servers.
• App preferences: theme, language, pseudo — stored locally on your device only.
• Purchase status: whether you have purchased Premium, verified via Google Play Billing. No payment details are stored by us.
• Advertising identifiers: if you consent, Google AdMob may collect anonymous advertising identifiers to show relevant ads.

• We do not read, store, or transmit your SMS messages or call logs
• We do not access your contacts list without your explicit permission
• We do not collect your location data
• We do not create user accounts or store personal data on our servers
• We do not share your data with third parties except as described below

SMSplode requires the following permissions:

• SEND_SMS: required to send SMS messages — the core feature of the app
• READ_CONTACTS (optional): to let you pick recipients from your contacts. Never accessed without your action.
• RECORD_AUDIO (optional): to let you record a custom explosion sound effect. Audio is stored locally only.
• POST_NOTIFICATIONS (optional): to send reminders about scheduled bombardments

SMSplode uses Google AdMob to display ads to free-tier users. AdMob may collect:

• Advertising ID (GAID)
• Device information (model, OS version)
• Approximate location (country/region level)
• Ad interaction data

You will be asked for your consent before any personalised advertising data is collected. You may withdraw consent at any time via the app settings.

Premium users do not see ads. No advertising data is collected for Premium users.

Premium purchases are handled entirely by Google Play Billing. OrionWavesStudio does not collect, store, or process any payment information. Please refer to Google Play's terms for payment data handling.

SMSplode is intended for entertainment between consenting parties. Users are solely responsible for ensuring recipients have consented to receive messages.

It is strictly forbidden to use SMSplode to harass, threaten, or send unsolicited messages. Sending unsolicited SMS is illegal in most countries and may result in legal action.

SMSplode is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us.

If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction or deletion of your data
