By using SMSplode, you agree to the practices described in this document.

SMSplode operates entirely on your device. We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to our servers.

The following data is stored locally on your device only:

• Your username and avatar (profile customization)
• Your preferences (theme, language, skins, sounds)
• Bombardment history (Premium users only)
• Message templates you create or use
• Your Premium purchase status (managed by Google Play)

SMSplode requests the following Android permissions, strictly necessary for its operation:

• SEND_SMS — to send SMS messages to your contacts
• READ_CONTACTS — to select a contact as recipient (optional)
• POST_NOTIFICATIONS — to display sending progress

The Premium upgrade is processed exclusively through Google Play Billing. OrionWavesStudio does not access your payment information.

Google Play may collect transaction-related data in accordance with its own Privacy Policy.

SMSplode may integrate the following services:

• Google Play Billing — in-app purchase management
• Google Play Review API — app store rating requests

These services are subject to their own privacy policies. SMSplode does not share any personal data with advertising partners.

SMSplode is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the following rights:

• Right to access your data
• Right to rectification
• Right to erasure (deletable directly via Android settings)
• Right to data portability

OrionWavesStudio reserves the right to modify this policy. In case of significant changes, we will notify you through an app update.
