By downloading, installing, or using PULSAR ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and OrionWavesStudio.
OrionWavesStudio grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use PULSAR on your Android device for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include the right to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App.
PULSAR Premium is a one-time, lifetime purchase of €2.99 (price may vary by region). It is not a subscription and does not renew automatically.
Premium unlocks: all 16 orb skins, all 15 visual Dimensions, unlimited SMS sessions, and all future content included in the Premium tier. The purchase is processed by Google Play and is subject to Google Play's refund policy. OrionWavesStudio does not process payments directly.
Premium is tied to your Google Play account and can be restored on any device using the same account via the "Restore Purchase" option in the app.
By playing PULSAR, your anonymous game data (scores, combo records, AI archetype) may appear on the global leaderboard. You agree to this use of your anonymous data. No personally identifiable information is ever displayed publicly.
OrionWavesStudio reserves the right to remove scores that appear to result from cheating, hacking, or any manipulation of the App.
PULSAR features an AI difficulty engine that analyzes your tapping patterns to adapt the game experience. This analysis is performed locally on your device and anonymously. You acknowledge that the AI system may adjust difficulty in ways that affect your gameplay experience.
You agree not to: reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App; use cheats, exploits, or automation tools; submit fraudulent scores to the leaderboard; use the App for any commercial purpose without written permission from OrionWavesStudio.
All content in PULSAR — including graphics, music, gameplay mechanics, the AI system, and the PULSAR name — is the exclusive property of OrionWavesStudio and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. All rights reserved.
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. OrionWavesStudio does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Use of the App is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OrionWavesStudio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of data or game progress.
OrionWavesStudio may update, modify, or discontinue the App at any time without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain compatibility with purchased Premium features.
These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of France.
