1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using NOVA ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. License

OrionWavesStudio grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
• Use the App for any commercial purpose
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices

3. In-App Purchases

NOVA offers one optional purchase: NOVA PRO (€2.99).

• All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law
• NOVA PRO is a lifetime, one-time purchase — no subscription
• Purchases are tied to your Google Play account
• You can restore your purchase on any device using the same Google account

Refund requests must be submitted directly to Google Play within the applicable refund window.

4. Advertisements

The free version of NOVA contains advertisements served by Google AdMob. Purchasing NOVA PRO permanently removes all ads.

5. User Conduct

You agree to use NOVA only for lawful purposes. You must not use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the App or its servers.

6. Intellectual Property

All content in NOVA — including graphics, music, code, and design — is the exclusive property of OrionWavesStudio and is protected by intellectual property laws. The NOVA name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of OrionWavesStudio.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

NOVA is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. OrionWavesStudio does not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OrionWavesStudio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of NOVA.

9. Updates and Termination

We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue NOVA at any time without notice. We may also terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of France.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
