1. Introduction

NOVA ("the App") is developed and published by OrionWavesStudio ("we", "our", "us"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use NOVA on Android.

We do not sell your personal data. We collect only what is strictly necessary to provide and improve the game experience.

2. Data We Collect

Gameplay data — scores, progress, selected skins. Stored locally on your device (SharedPreferences / DataStore). Never transmitted to our servers.
Purchase data — NOVA PRO purchase status only. Processed by Google Play. We do not store payment details.
Advertising data — Free users only. Google AdMob may collect device identifiers to serve ads. NOVA PRO users see no ads.
Analytics — Firebase Analytics collects anonymized usage data (session length, features used). No personally identifiable information.
Crash reports — Firebase Crashlytics collects device model and OS version to help us fix bugs.

3. Advertising

NOVA uses Google AdMob for free users. In the EEA, a consent form (UMP) will be shown on first launch to manage your ad preferences.

You can opt out of personalized ads in your device settings under Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization.

4. In-App Purchases

NOVA offers one optional purchase: NOVA PRO (€2.99 — one time). This unlocks all 16 premium skins and permanently removes ads. Purchases are processed by Google Play. To restore a purchase, use Settings → Restore Purchase.

All game data is stored locally on your device
No account or registration required
No personal data is sent to OrionWavesStudio servers
Firebase data is processed by Google under their data protection standards

6. Children's Privacy

NOVA is rated for all ages (PEGI 3 / Everyone). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. Contact us if you have concerns.

7. Your Rights (GDPR)
