Studio email address

Email address to use in your email service

If the email link does nothing, copy the address and message into your usual email service. Preparing a request sends nothing to the studio; you send it yourself.

Prepare my request

Your request

Describe what you want to do and what happens. Avoid passwords and private information.

Website privacy

When you send, your email, optional name and request are transmitted to EmailJS and the studio’s email provider to handle your request. No newsletter subscription. Provider policy: EmailJS.

How is the information in my request used?

Information and purpose

Your email and message are needed to handle your request. Your name, product version and device are optional. The product, request type and language complete the message sent to the studio. Do not include passwords or sensitive documents.

Transmission

Direct sending transmits this information to EmailJS and then to OrionWavesStudio’s Gmail inbox so the studio can reply. Preparing and copying a message alone does not trigger this transmission. No visitor account or newsletter subscription is created.

Retention of ordinary correspondence

Ordinary correspondence is kept while the request is being handled, then manually deleted no later than six months after it is closed. The website does not automatically delete messages from the inbox. Provider logs and purchase records follow their own rules; this period is not automatically applied to them.

A question about your data?

To request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your data, email OrionWavesStudio and identify the request concerned. The conditions for exercising these rights depend on the processing and applicable rights.
