By downloading, installing, or using ASCEND ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and OrionWavesStudio.
OrionWavesStudio grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use ASCEND on your Android device for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include the right to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App.
ASCEND uses Google Sign-In for authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account. OrionWavesStudio is not responsible for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account. You may delete your account at any time from the Account screen within the App.
ASCEND Premium is available in three plans:
• Monthly — €2.49 / month (auto-renewing subscription)
• Annual — €23.99 / year (auto-renewing subscription)
• Lifetime — €41.99 one-time payment (no subscription)
Subscriptions (Monthly and Annual) renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Google Play account settings. The Lifetime plan is a one-time purchase that does not renew.
Premium unlocks advanced features including extended mood history, enhanced gamification content, and all future content included in the Premium tier. The purchase is processed by Google Play and is subject to Google Play's refund policy. OrionWavesStudio does not process payments directly.
Premium is tied to your Google Play account and can be restored on any device using the same account via the "Restore Purchase" option in the App.
You retain ownership of all mood entries, notes, and personal data you enter into ASCEND. By using the App, you grant OrionWavesStudio a limited license to store and synchronize this content solely for the purpose of providing the App's functionality. We do not use your personal content for any other purpose.
ASCEND is a personal wellness and mood-tracking tool designed for general well-being purposes only. It is not a medical device, does not provide medical advice, and is not a substitute for professional mental health care. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified healthcare professional or emergency services.
You agree not to: reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App; use the App for any commercial purpose without written permission from OrionWavesStudio; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its backend services; use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
All content in ASCEND — including graphics, animations, gamification systems, the ASCEND name, and OrionWavesStudio branding — is the exclusive property of OrionWavesStudio and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. All rights reserved.
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. OrionWavesStudio does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Use of the App is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OrionWavesStudio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of data or personal content.
OrionWavesStudio may update, modify, or discontinue the App at any time without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain compatibility with purchased Premium features.
These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of France.
