Private pilot information. Retention periods and provider review require finalisation before public opening.

Private trial scope
The portal is invitation only. Public registration and payments are unavailable. TEST products are fictional and do not prove payment. The studio website and its contact form have separate privacy information.
Information used
Sign-in email, account identifier, verification information, optional profile (alias, first name, last name, display choice and language), purchase references and entitlements, studio requests and technical security events. Profiles do not request a postal address, telephone number or sex. Supabase Auth handles passwords and TOTP factors; the studio never asks you to email them. The enrollment secret is displayed temporarily to set up your authenticator.
Purposes and proposed legal bases
Authenticate invited users, display their authorised rights and files, and handle their requests. Providing a requested service relies on performing that service or requested pre-contract steps; preventing unauthorised access relies on the legitimate interest in securing it. Records subject to a legal duty must be retained separately. These bases and the processing register require finalisation before public opening. No automated marketing or public profiling is introduced.
Providers and recipients
The studio operator can review data needed to manage trials and requests. Supabase hosts the selected project in Ireland and provides Auth, database and private storage. Resend delivers account emails via SMTP. Replies to the studio use Gmail. EmailJS remains limited to the website contact form and receives no account passwords or codes. A European database region does not guarantee that every processing operation, log, subprocessor or support access stays in Europe; contractual safeguards and transfers require review before public opening.
Sessions and devices
The sign-in token remains in page memory: the portal stores no Orion Account token in localStorage or sessionStorage. Reloading or closing the page may require signing in again. Exploring the studio opens another tab to keep the portal tab open. Language is carried in the link or saved in your profile preference. No audience analytics or advertising is added to the portal. Hosting and service providers may keep technical logs under their own policies.
Retention and deletion
Trial data is kept while needed for the trial, with manual review and deletion. Specific retention schedules for accounts, events, requests and backups are not finalised: this is not the public-launch notice. Requesting deletion starts a review; it does not automatically destroy the account or entitlements. No real purchase should be deleted when cleaning trial fixtures.
Security and limits
Access to files requires a server-verified entitlement. A download link lasts 60 seconds and must remain private. Revoking an entitlement cannot erase an already downloaded copy. Pilot licence references are not offline activation keys. Recovering a licence does not restore your personal files. Google Play purchases remain managed by Google.
Your rights
Email OrionWavesStudio@gmail.com to request access, correction, erasure or restriction, or to object to processing based on legitimate interests. Portability applies when its conditions are met. Proportionate identity verification may be required; do not send sensitive identity documents unsolicited. You may complain to the CNIL at https://www.cnil.fr/fr/plaintes. Applicable retention duties will be reviewed before deletion.
